To this end, we are proud to offer Merit-Based Scholarships and Need-Based Financial Awards for first-year, new students.

Merit-Based Scholarships

Our Merit-Based Scholarships are awarded to students who demonstrate exceptional academic achievements, leadership potential, and a strong commitment to personal growth. These scholarships are designed to reward students who reflect Metro Prep’s values and are ready to make meaningful contributions to our school community.

• Scholarship Amount: $2,000
• Eligibility: Open to first-year, new students only. Current or previously enrolled students are not eligible to apply.
• Application Requirements:
  • Latest report cards or transcripts
  • Two letters of recommendation from teachers, coaches, or mentors
  • A 500-word personal statement explaining how the student will contribute to the Metro Prep community and benefit from our personalized learning environment

Need-Based Financial Awards

Our Need-Based Financial Awards are available to families who require financial assistance to access the educational opportunities offered at Metro Prep. These awards are designed to help deserving students who align with our values of academic rigour and character development, ensuring they can thrive in our enriching academic environment.

• Financial Award: Up to 30% of tuition
• Eligibility: Open to first-year, new students only. Families must demonstrate financial need through submitted financial documentation.
• Application Requirements:
  • Most recent tax return and financial statements as proof of financial need
  • A 500-word personal statement from the student or parent/guardian detailing how Metro Prep’s values align with their family’s goals and how the financial assistance will help the student thrive

How to Apply

Download the First-Year Scholarship Program Application Form by clicking the button below. Submit the completed form and all required documents through one of the methods listed in the application form within 14 days of the date printed on your letter of acceptance.

Application Process

All applications must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your letter of acceptance. Ensure all required documents are included. Incomplete applications will not be considered.

Application Methods

1. Email: Submit the completed application and required documents in PDF format to admissions@metroprep.com.
2. Mail: Send the completed application form and documents to:

3. In Person: Drop off your application at our main office between 9 AM and 5 PM, Monday to Friday.

Important Deadlines

• Application Deadline: All applications must be received within 14 days of the date printed on your letter of acceptance.
• Notification Date: Successful applicants will be notified within 30 days after receipt of your application.

Limited Availability of Scholarships and Financial Aid

Please note that the total amount of funding for scholarships and financial assistance is limited. While we welcome applications from all eligible students, funding is not guaranteed, and awards will be determined based on merit, financial need, and the availability of resources. Scholarships and financial assistance may be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis depending on the volume of applications.
